    The biggest problem is that getting information on phone is not possible. when you called at 9 a.m they will say call at 11 a.m because net is not working. when called at 11 a.m it will keep on busy for hours. for a petty information too you have to visit the campus, hence a big problem for students. no one is ready to listen this complaint because they say it is not so as you said. but on the other hand it is contenious phenomenon.
